  3.  p/P ............. Print current page on LPT1.
  4.  m/M ............. Set bookmark at current page (up to 50 marks)
  5.  K ............... Return to bookmark moving from old to young.
  6.  k ............... Return to bookmark moving from young to old.
  7.  u/U ............. Unmark current page.
  8.  Alt U ........... Unmark all pages.
  9.  s ............... Search/scan for string, case insensitive.
  10.  S ............... Search/scan for string, case sensitive.
  11.  r/R ............. Repeat last search/scan.
  12.  / ............... Invoke index tab style menu.
  13.  <enter> ......... Backtrack after jump/scan (enter alone, no #)
  14.  Alt S ........... Shell to DOS: type 'exit' to return.
  15.  f/F ............. Change foreground color. Push repeatedly.
  16.  b/B ............. Change background color. Push repeatedly.
  17.  h/H ............. Display a list of available functions.
  18.  1-10,000 ........ Jump to page: type a page # and press <enter>.
  19.  PgUp/PgDn ....... Flip forward or backward one page.
  20.  Home ............ Takes you to the beginning of MedTxt.
  21.  End ............. Takes you to the end of MedTxt.
  22.  Ctrl PgUp/PgDn .. Moves forward or backward 10 pages.
